Apricot Cake
1 cup brown
sugar
1/2 cup butter melt in 10" frying pan
1 can apricots (no juice) put skins down in pan
Make following batter, rather thin:
2 beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
6 to 8 tblsp water
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
Bake 50 minutes - 350°. Serve with whipped cream.
